At 10 AM, on Saturday, Nov. 21st, we will sell the house and contents for the Estate of Harry Turner (living). The sale will take place onsite at 2788 Gobbler Ln., Eastover, NC 28312 and the Tax ID is 0468-69-9161.

This 3 BR, 2 BA house has a den with a fireplace, large great room, two car garage with a wheelchair lift and a brick veneer exterior. The home’s master bedroom has a walk-in closet and bathroom with a jetted hot tub and an additional accessible tub with grab bars. The house is in need of upgrades. There is also a standalone garage/workshop on the 1.08 ± AC lot.

House and lot to be sold “AS-IS, WHERE IS and WITH ALL FAULTS” via a cash sale not subject to financing, appraisal, survey or inspections of any kind. Sale is subject to a 10-day upset bid period as well as approval by the Clerk of Court. Closing to occur within 30 days of court approval. House will be sold at 11 AM on the day of sale and all showings are by appointment only and one hour prior to sale.
